The textures / shaders didn’t have to be super high resolution due to tight deadlines and the client just needed to see their ballroom / location before it is set up with seating, decorations, lighting, etc. Plus, this gives the client the idea of scale and exactly how many items they can place in their ballroom, along with how many people who are able to attend their event, etc.
